AI-generated output:

  • Should be reviewed before business use
  • Does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, branding, trademarks, code, documentation, and platform features remain the exclusive property of Growth Pilot or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription.


9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By submitting content, you grant Growth Pilot a limited license to host, process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Services.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all submitted content.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information submitted through the Services.


11. Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may temporarily affect service.


12. Disclaimer

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWTH PILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Lost business opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous twelve months.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Pilot, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time.

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
